Refund & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Saje Silver Jewellery. We take pride in offering you high-quality silver jewellery. Please read the following refund and return policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

Refund Policy:
We do not provide cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we offer a credit note of the same amount that can be used to make future purchases from Saje.
To be eligible for a return and credit note, you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not accept return requests.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for in-person purchases made at Saje stores or exhibitions. Please ensure your selection carefully before making a purchase.
In cases where previous cancellations or returns have occurred, a nominal reverse pick-up fee will be charged. The fee structure is outlined below. Once the returned items are collected from your doorstep, we will issue a store credit (minus applicable charges) for the item value. Please note that shipping charges paid during the order placement are non-refundable.

For orders up to Rs. 1000, a pick-up charge of Rs. 100 will apply.
For orders from Rs. 1001 to Rs. 2000, a pick-up charge of Rs. 200 will apply.
For orders above Rs. 2001, the pick-up charge will be either Rs. 250 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher.

Procedure for Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and arrange for a reverse pick-up if applicable charges are payable.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the item value (minus applicable charges) to your Saje account.
The store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
Items purchased in person from Saje stores or exhibitions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Notes:
The condition of the returned item will be evaluated upon receipt. Items should be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
If an item is found to be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling, the return may be declined.
The store credit issued for returned items is valid for an indefinite period and can be used for future purchases on our website.
